HOW IT WORKS

TugLink is a job referral network designed for enterprise-wide recruitment. To help their organization find and attract qualified job candidates, company employees sign up as Insider members and act as in-house talent scouts. Although many of our Insiders are actually Human Resources managers, there's even more staffers from other departments who register to help select the right Candidates in their own field of expertise. Thus, IT managers might search for programmers and data architects, folks from Finance/Accounting tend to look for people with the required financial skills and experience, Marketing/Sales professionals usually focus on Candidates seeking jobs in business development, and so on.

TugLink provides maximum flexibility to Insider members. Insiders decide when to offer a referral and when to pass on it. If Insiders choose to provide a referral to a high-potential Candidate, it’s up to them whether to accept the referral bonus offered by the Candidate or decline it. Insider might decline to receive a referral bonus from Candidate in order to avoid conflicts of interest if Insider is a personnel officer or a hiring manager.

TugLink offers two types of membership:


BASIC service allows Insiders to create a detailed profile including a personal or corporate video and post vacancies at your company for which you would like to find qualified Candidates.

 

PREMIUM service lets Insiders search job referral requests posted by Candidates. It also allows Insiders to search and view Candidates' profiles, and contact them directly with referral offers.
